1. General information


1.1  Please read carefully the following legally binding agreement (hereinafter ‘agreement’ or 'terms and conditions') between OCG International Limited under the brand name of OCG and yourself (hereinafter ‘the player’ or 'player').


1.2  OCG in these terms and conditions refers to OCG International Limited. OCG International Limited is incorporated with company registration number C 67414 in Malta. OCG has its registered office at Tower Business Centre , Level 3 (Suite 1535)

1.3  With ‘site’ ‘website’ ‘the site’ or ‘the website’ these terms and conditions refer to www.onlinecasino-eu.com, all related URLs and any related sites on which the OCG services are operated.


1.4  These terms and conditions constitute a binding agreement between the player and OCG.


OCG International Ltd is licensed and regulated by the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA). OCG is operating under a Class 1 license MGA/CL1/1073/2015, issued on March 17th 2015, with software supplied by Net Ent Malta Ltd, with license number MGA/CL4/184/2004), a Class 1 license MGA/CL1/1072/2015, issued on March 17th 2015 with software supplied by Microgaming Europe Ltd, with license number MGA/CL4/344/2007 and a Class 1 license MGA/CL1/1071/2015, issued on October 15th 2015 with software supplied by Oryx Gaming Ltd, with license number MGA/CL4/1100/2015. These  licenses are issued and regulated by the Malta Gaming Authority (www.mga.org.mt). The MGA is a regulatory body.


1.5  These terms and conditions come into force as soon as the player validates them by confirming he/she read, understood and accept them.


1.6  These terms and conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter, whether of a contractual or non-contractual nature, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malta.


1.7  The player must read these terms and conditions carefully before validating them. If the player does not agree with any provision of these terms and conditions the player must not use or continue to use the website.


1.8  OCG’s terms and conditions may be amended from time to time. The player will be notified about possible amendments. The player must re-confirm acceptance before amendments come into effect.  The version number and the date of the last update on top this page provides the player with information about when the last amendments have been made.


1.9  These terms and conditions are published in German and English languages for information purposes. It is only the English version that is the legal basis of the relationship between the player and OCG. In case of any discrepancy between a non-English version and the English version of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.


1.10  Any reference to OCG’s games in this agreement shall refer to random number generator casino games, live casino games and mobile casino games as may from time to time become available on www.onlinecasino-eu.com and related URLs. OCG reserves the right to add and remove games from the website at its own discretion.


1.11  Playing at OCG is for entertainment purpose only. No real money playing is required. The player may play without betting money if he/she wishes.  The player acknowledges that he/she does not find OCG to be unfair or indecent.


1.12  There is a risk of losing money when playing for money at OCG. OCG has no responsibility for such losses.


1.13  The player agrees to indemnify, hold harmless and defend OCG’s directors, partners, licensees, distributors, subsidiaries, employees, shareholders, agencies, against all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, expenses and costs, including legal fees and any other charges whatsoever, howsoever caused, that may arise as a result of:


  • The player’s breach of this agreement, in whole or in part;


  • Violation by the player of any law or any third party rights;


  • Use by the player of OCG or use by any other person accessing OCG using the player’s login credentials, whether or not with the players authorization.


1.14  OCG is not liable for indirect or direct consequential damages arising out of the use of OCG’s services. This applies also where OCG had prior knowledge of the possibility of such damages.


1.15  The division of these terms and conditions into sections and the insertion of headings are for convenience of reference only and shall not affect the interpretation of this agreement.


1.16  OCG’s casino software is provided by Oryx Gaming. The player hereby agrees not to circumvent in any way Intellectual property rights of Oryx Gaming.


1.17  If provisions in this agreement becomes or is illegal or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, it shall not affect the validity or enforceability in that jurisdiction of any other provision from this agreement.  Any provision of this agreement that is invalid, illegal or unenforceable in any jurisdiction will be ineffective in that particular jurisdiction. The validity, legality or enforceability of that provision in other jurisdictions will not be affected.


1.18  OCG’s customer support is operated 24 hours, every day via mail, chat and phone.


2. Bonus scheme conditions


2.1  The player acknowledges and understands that separate terms and conditions exist with respect to bonuses and other promotions. 3. Exceptional circumstances


3.1  OCG is not liable for any lag, downtime, server disruptions, or any technical or political disturbance to the game play. Refunds, under such circumstances, may be given solely at the discretion of the management. Management will always pursue what it deems to be the fairest solution in such cases. Management may, at its own discretion, consult the MGA to obtain a fair solution.


3.2  OCG is provided on an ‘as available’ basis. OCG gives the player no warranty or representation, relating to the satisfactory quality, completeness or accuracy of the service or the software.


3.3  If OCG is subjected to a system failure and the game will be corrupted because of this, the player will get his/her money back for the amount wagered when the failure took place.


3.4  OCG accepts no liability for any losses or damages which are deemed or alleged to have arisen out of or in connection with the OCG website or its content. This includes but isn’t limited to delays or interruptions in operation or transmission, loss or corruption of data, communication or lines failure, any person's misuse of the site or its content or any errors or omissions in content.


3.5  OCG will have the rights to change errors made in publication of information. Including but not limited to jackpots, odds and pay tables. No rights can be derived from wrong published information of any kind.


3.6  OCG will have the rights not to pay-out winnings based on wrong published information. Players that lost money as a result of such a case are entitled to a refund of the money they lost.


3.7  If OCG suspects fraudulent activity in any particular game, OCG will have the right to cancel the game. Suspicious players in respect of the fraudulent activity will have their account blocked until further investigations. Any players not so suspected will have their wagered amounts in respect of cancelled games returned to their account.


3.8  OCG will have the right to cancel a game immediately if something wrong is identified with the game settings, and refunds for purchased bets will be paid out.


3.9  If the player is found to have cheated or attempted to defraud the service of OCG in any way including but not limited to game manipulation, chip dumping, transfers or payment fraud, or if the player make untrue and/or malicious comments with regard to OCG's operation in any media or forum, OCG reserves the right to close the player’s account, and return all funds to the player.


3.10  In the event of a OCG system malfunction all wagers are void. In the eventuality of such a system malfunction, a system rollback will take place, reverting the players back to their state as at the restore point employed.


3.11  In the event a game is started but miscarries because of a failure of the system, OCG shall refund the amount wagered in the game to the player by crediting it to his/her member account or, if the account no longer exists, by paying it to the player in an approved manner.


3.12  OCG reserves the right to limit and refuse bets at its sole discretion


3.13  OCG will do its utmost to avoid viruses, Trojans or malware on its system but won’t be responsible for viruses, Trojans or malware of any kind. It’s the player’s responsibility to protect his/her systems.


3.14  The player can submit a complaint to OCG if he/she has any dispute with regard to the outcome of a game. The player has to submit his/her complaint to OCG by email: [email protected] within fourteen (14) days. The result showing on OCG’s gaming server shall be the official and governing result of play in case of discrepancy.


4. Player Registration & Deregistration


4.1  The results of all games on OCG are subject to audit and review, and may be declared void:


  • If player collusion between customers and/or staff is detected;


  • In the case of use of robots or other devices;


  • Or any other method, application or tool that distort normal game play.


OCG can take measures to any player involved events in that distort normal game play. Including but not limited to blocking accounts, closing accounts, charge incurred costs.


4.2  The player is not allowed to participate in a real-money game unless he/she is registered as a player and holds an OCG member account. Every player must submit an application for registration and provide OCG with the following mandatory information:


  • Identity


  • Address


  • Contact e-mail


  • Personal telephone number


All of which must be true and correct. It is the player’s sole responsibility to ensure that the information provided is true, complete and correct. The player hereby decorates and warrant to OCG that the information provided is true, complete and correct.


The player is hereby notified that OCG carries out verification procedures on players depositing money. The player may be requested to provide OCG with documents, such as but not limited to a copy of the passport.


Registering with disposable email address (short term email addresses) is not allowed. An account with untrue email address may be closed.


4.3  The player’s member account may be blocked or closed if he/she does not provide the requested information or documents or if he/she provides OCG with false or misleading documents. OCG will have the right to seize the balance of closed.


4.4  Member accounts created by the player, with incorrect or misleading information, are not entitled to jackpots or any other winnings. No winning will be paid out to non-existent persons or incorrect accounts or a non-existent person or account, as a result of incorrect or misleading information supplied by the Licensee.


4.5  Multiple accounts for the same player are not allowed. In case it is noted that the player holds more than one account, OCG will have the right to close or block the member accounts at it solely discretion. If the player notices that he/she has more than one member accounts, the player must notify OCG immediately. 


4.6  The player must register his member account personally. Registering an account for somebody else is prohibited. OCG will have the right to close or block the member’s account at it solely discretion.


4.7  OCG reserves the right to refuse member account registrations or to de-register and cancel the player’s account for any reason whatsoever at any time without prior notice in its sole discretion. The players account may be closed in the following circumstances, but not limited to:


  • If the player have charged back any of his/her purchases made with his/her credit card or other applicable deposit methods;


  • If the player was engaged in playing in a professional sense or in concert with other players;


4.8  OCG reserves the right to close member accounts at its sole discretion. Contractual obligations already being made will be honored.


4.9  For the purposes of adhering to all of its obligations towards the law and other directives of the relevant regulatory authorities from time to time, OCG will keep all necessary personal information to carry out such obligations as required. Where data is no longer required to be kept, this shall be destroyed.


4.10  OCG will carry out a Know Your Client (KYC) procedure when player's cumulative total withdrawal amount equals or exceeds €2,000,00. OCG may carry out the KYC procedure at any other stage and at its sole discretion. To verify player's identity, OCG may require a copy of a valid personal document (passport, driver's licence, ID card), a proof of address not older than 2 months (utility bill – not mobile phone, official government correspondence or bank statement), and any other documentation needed to verify player's identity.

OCG may also request any documentation previously provided which would have later on expired or would no longer be valid for any other reason or if the previous KYC procedure was carried out more than 12 months ago.

It is player responsibility to inform OCG and provide new copies of documentation in case the document has been replaced (lost/stolen/damaged).


4.11  Residents from the following countries are prohibited of registering at OCG:

4.12  No officers or employees at whatever level, of OCG shall make real money wagers on any of the jackpot games. If any such player shall win a jackpot win, such win shall not be paid out to the winner.


5. Player responsibility


5.1  The player is solely responsible to determine whether the access and use of OCG is permitted under any applicable laws. The player should inform his/her self on local laws or regulations before opening an account at OCG. It is the player’s sole responsibility to keep updated with local laws or regulations each time he/she plays.


5.2  The player must maintain his account details up-to-date at all times.


5.3  The player is prohibited to sell, transfer or acquire OCG member accounts.


5.4  The player is fully responsible for all possible taxes, fees and other costs incidental to and arising from any winnings resulting from use of OCG.


5.5  The player’s login details are highly confidential. The player is obliged to keep his/her login details confidential. The player should at all times, use his best efforts to protect the confidentiality of his/her login details.


5.6  The player should never write-down, communicate or share passwords with any other person. It’s the player’s responsibility to keep her/his account information, user-name and password secret and confidential. Should a player give away, share, or lose his username and/or password, OCG will not be held responsible for any loss or damage as a result thereof. An OCG employee will never ask for a player’s password.


5.7  In case the player becomes aware of any known or suspected unauthorized use of the player’s account or breaches of security the player is required to immediately notify OCG by email: [email protected] hereof in order to suspend the player’s account. 


5.8  The player is responsible for any unauthorized use of his/her user-name or password. The player is responsible for all activity on his/her account until a notification of account abuse is made to OCG.


5.9  The player is prohibited to sell, transfer or acquire funds from OCG member accounts.


5.10  OCG uses advanced methods for the encryption of username and password information. The players will not break in, access or attempt to break in or access or otherwise by-pass OCG’s security. If OCG suspects that the player attempted to or may be attempting to break in, OCG reserves the right to inform the applicable authorities and block or close the player’s account.


5.11  Playing at OCG is restricted to individuals of legal age as determined in the jurisdiction in which the player resides. Under no circumstances may the player register or play if he/she is under 18 (eighteen) years of age. If any funds are deposited by an underage individual, the funds as well as any winnings will be forfeited to the MGA.


5.12  The player is fully aware of the fact that there is a risk of losing money through the use OCG’s services.


5.13  The player is fully aware of all terms and conditions and read them carefully before opening up a member account at OCG.


6. Deposits


6.1  The  minimum deposit amount is twenty euros (€20) . This amount may be higher for certain deposit methods as relatively higher costs may be involved for OCG with using such methods.


6.2  The player agrees that deposits will be handled by OCG directly or through a payment provider or any other third party.


6.3  OCG does not guarantee that there will not be any delay in the processing or receipt of or deposits.


6.4  OCG is entitled to determine minimum and maximum amounts to be deposited in the member’s account, in OCG’s sole discretion.


6.5  OCG offers the following deposit methods, listed with concerning transaction time, deposit limits and processing fees. Please note that some of the methods may not be available in some countries. OCG may add or remove payment methods without prior notice.


Please also note that Paysafecard payment method is available for your convenience but should not be used for deposits in excess of more than 1000€ per month or 6000€ per year.

7. Withdrawals


7.1  OCG is not a financial institution and is therefore not insured, guaranteed, sponsored or otherwise protected by any deposit or banking insurance system. Any suspicious activity will be investigated.


7.2  The player agrees that the funds deposited in his/her member account will only be used for playing the games. If requesting withdrawal of funds not used for wagering, OnlineCasino Europa will only remit your funds when the extended due diligence procedure has been successfully carried out. OnlineCasino Europa reserves the right to charge a 10% fee on withdrawals in case the funds have not been used for wagering at least once.


7.3  The player agrees that withdrawals will be handled by OCG directly or through a payment provider or any other third party.


7.4  The player agrees that OCG will have the rights to withhold withdrawals if OCG suspects that the player may be engaged in or have engaged in improper, fraudulent, and collusive activities.


7.5  OCG does not guarantee that there will not be any delay in the processing or receipt of or withdrawals.


7.6  In any twenty four hour period he/she may only withdraw the maximum amount of two thousand euros (€2000)  unless a larger amount has been agreed on by prior arrangement.


7.7  The minimum amount of withdrawal the player can make is twenty euros (€20). This amount may be higher for certain withdrawal methods as relatively higher costs may be involved for OCG with using such methods.


7.8  OCG does not pay interest on deposits, winnings or pay-outs.


7.9  OCG offers several withdrawal methods. The withdrawal will be processed through the same payment method through which the player’s funding has been deposited. In terms of multiple different deposits, a proportional split of the withdrawn amount will be processed through the same payment method through which the player’s funding has been deposited. In case of non refundable payment method, the withdrawal will be processed to player's personal bank account. Please note that some of the methods may not be available in some countries. OCG may add or remove payment methods without prior notice.

7.10  OCG will carry out verification procedures on all cumulative withdrawals of two thousand euros (€2,000) or more.


7.11  OCG also reserves the right to carry out verification procedures in case of lower payouts.


7.12  Withdrawals by the player will be remitted only to the same account from where the funds paid into the player’s account originated.


7.13  The player agrees that he/she shall only use credit card and other financial instruments that are valid and lawfully belong to him/her.


8. OCG VIP Program


8.1  OCG reserves the right to change the terms and conditions and rules for the OCG VIP Program at any time. If OCG suspects that you are engaged in illegal or fraudulent activities when using the OCG Rewards and VIP Program or in breach with these T&C, OCG may freeze or terminate Your Member Account and/or a related account (e.g. a referred friend) at OCG´s absolute discretion.


8.2  Players can become a member of the OCG VIP Program when they fulfil the requirements. The requirements are listed on the website at www.onlinecasino-eu.com/vip


8.3  The VIP level is personal and cannot be transferred to someone else.


9. Inactive, dormant and closed accounts


9.1  An inactive member account is an account that has not been accessed for 12 months, that has a real money balance. OCG will contact the player should his/her account become inactive. If, after 12 months since last login, OCG is unable to contact the player, OCG will charge a five euros (€5) per month administrative fee on the player’s member account and shall use reasonable efforts to contact the player.


9.2  If the player starts playing again on his account before the account becomes dormant and after OCG has begun charging the player’s member account with the administrative fee, OCG will refund the player’s member account with the administrative fees charged.


9.3  A dormant account is an account with a real money balance that has not been accessed for thirty (30) months. Once the player’s account becomes dormant and if OCG has been unable to contact the player, OCG, in accordance with the applicable law, close his/her account and transfer his/her remaining account balance to the MGA.


9.4  The player’s member account may be excluded/closed if he/she’s in breach with OCG’s terms and conditions. In such case, OCG will return any funds from the player’s member account, back to the player.


9.5  The player may close his/her member account at any time. All funds from the player’s member account will be returned to the player.


9.6  The player can close his/her member account by contacting contact customer support by email: [email protected]


10. Responsible gaming


10.1  OCG offers self-exclusion facilities for those customers who wish to restrict their gambling behavior with OCG. The following self-protection mechanisms are available and can be entered under responsible gaming in the footer of the website:


  • Self-exclusion (24 hours, 1 month, indefinitely)


  • Cooling off period


  • Set financial limits on wagers and losses


10.2  By entering into a self-exclusion agreement with OCG, the player will be prevented from using his/her account for a definite or indefinite period. During this period of self-exclusion OCG will not distribute any promotions.


10.3  The player may also choose to impose a ceiling on the maximum wagers and losses he/she may take. The limit will block deposits if the net deposit limit (deposits-withdrawals) has been exceeded for the selected time period. The system will also not accept a wager from  a player contrary to the limits or exclusions set by this player.


10.4  Any decrease in limitations shall take effect instantly. Any increase in existing limitations can only be executed after a 7-day cool-down period.


11. Privacy policy


11.1  OCG respects the privacy of the player. OCG safeguards the player’s privacy through OCG’s privacy policy.


11.2  OCG processes personal data from the player for the purposes of allowing him/her access, use the services and in order to allow them to participate in games and provide them with ancillary services.


11.3  OCG takes great effort in protecting the player’s personal data. OCG employs security protocols to ensure that all transactions including deposits and withdrawals are carried out in a totally secure manner.


11.4  OCG complies with the Maltese Data protection Act (Chapter 440 of the Laws of Malta) requirements for the protection of the player’s personal data.


11.5  The following employees of OCG will have access to personal data:

OCG’s employees who have access to, or are associated with the processing of the player’s personal information, are obliged to respect the confidential nature of the player’s information pursuant to applicable data protection and privacy laws. OCG does not supply players’ personal data to third parties without an opt-in from the player. 


11.6  OCG reserves the right to record all calls, internet communications and details of transactions the player carry through the site.


11.7  While www.onlinecasino-eu.com and related URLS may contain links to websites operated by parties other than OCG, OCG is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of any such websites.


11.8  OCG may use cookies on the player’s computer. Cookies are small files containing information used to offer the player an optimal visitor experience, track visitors and improve service.


11.9  OCG may use the player’s username and/or name and region for promotional purposes.


11.10  The player’s personal data will only be disclosed to third parties  in the following cases:


  • Where OCG is required to do so by law;


  • To comply with OCG’s legal and regulatory duties and responsibilities to the relevant licensing and regulatory authorities as well as all duties and responsibilities owed under any other applicable legislation and to any other applicable regulators in other jurisdictions;


  • When OCG feels that disclosure is necessary to protect OCG’s, the player’s safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;


  • If OCG is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, the player will be notified via email and/or a prominent notice on www.onlinecasino-eu.com.


  • To any other third party with the player’s prior consent to do so.


12. Anti-money laundering


12.1  OCG will have the right to block the player’s member account when fraudulent activity is suspected. The account will remain locked until such time that OCG completes an audit of the player’s member account.


12.2  All money that the player deposits into his/her member account are not tainted with any illegality and, in particular, do not originate from any illegal activity or source.


12.3  OCG shall report any suspicious transaction to the relevant authorities.


12.4  OCG will check all transactions to prevent money laundering.


12.5  OCG may request the player to provide identification documents. Failure to do so may result in the player’s member account being blocked until adequate documentation is provided.


12.6  If OCG cannot ascertain the integrity of the funds deposited by the player, OCG will consult with the Financial Intelligence Analysis Unit (FIAU).


12.7  Player's personal information on the casino account and payment method account must correspond. If personal information does not match, winnings arriving from those deposits will be voided and funds will be returned.


13. Player complaints


13.1  If the player has a complaint, he/she can contact OCG on the following ways:

13.2  OCG will use best efforts to resolve a reported matter promptly.


13.3  If the player has a query with regards to transactions, he/she may contact OCG with details of the query. OCG reviews any queried or disputed transactions. OCG’s judgment is final.

14. Chat rooms


14.1  Some games of OCG support chat function. The chat function can be used as a tool to communicate with other players and live dealers.


14.2  OCG cannot accept any liability or responsibility for the behavior of other players using the chat function.


14.3  OCG reserves the right to remove the chat functions from its website, in the case of abuse.


14.4  It´s strictly forbidden to use the chat function unethically. Measures will be taken against players engaging themselves in, but not limited to: collusion, cursing, insulting, discriminating and distributing commercial messages, using the chat function.


14.5  Unethical use of the chat function may lead to exclusion from the games that support the chat function.


14.6  Suspicious chats will be reported to the concerned authorities including but not restricted to the MGA.


14.7  OCG holds the right to close a player´s member account in the case of violating the conditions that apply to the use of OCG’s chat functions.


14.8  The chat rooms are moderated by the software provider of the concerning game.


14.9  All conversations are logged and recorded.

15.1  OCG is the sole owner of the trademarks Onlinecasino Europa and onlinecasino-eu.com. All rights reserved.


15.2  The player obtains no rights to OCG’s trademarks, graphics, text, concepts, methodologies or any other names by using OCG services and the material contained therein. The player is only permitted to use materials as expressly authorized by OCG.


15.3  All content including but not limited to text, technology, graphics, code, music, audio, animations, files, links and structure of www.onlinecasino-eu.com and related URLs is copyrighted and property of OCG, its affiliates and licensors. All rights reserved.


15.4  If information listed on www.onlinecasino-eu.com is used as a source for an article on a third party website, this is only permitted under the express condition that a link to the source article will be included in that article.
