1. General information


1.1  Please read carefully the following legally binding agreement (hereinafter ‘agreement’ or 'terms and conditions') between Liinoo Invest Europe LTD under the brand name of Liinoo and yourself (hereinafter ‘the player’ or 'player').


1.2  Liinoo in these terms and conditions refers to Liinoo Invest Europe LTD . Liinoo Invest Europe LTD is incorporated with company registration number C92984 in Malta. Liinoo has its registered office at Tower Business Centre, Level 3 (Suite 2461) Tower Street Swatar, Birkirkara, BKR, 4013, Malta.


1.3  With ‘site’, ‘website’, ‘the site’, or ‘the website’ these terms and conditions refer to www.onlinecasino-eu.com, all related URLs and any related sites on which the Liinoo services are operated.


1.4  These terms and conditions constitute a binding agreement between the player and Liinoo.


Liinoo Invest Europe LTD (company registration number C92984) is a limited liability company registered in Malta, a member of the EU since May 2004, whose registered address is Tower Business Centre, Level 3 (Suite 2461) Tower Street Swatar, Birkirkara BKR 4013 Malta. Liinoo Invest Europe Limited is fully licensed and regulated by the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA) and operates under remote Gaming Licence Number MGA/B2C/291/2015. The MGA is a regulatory body.


1.5  These terms and conditions come into force as soon as the player validates them by confirming he/she read, understood and accepted them.


1.6  These terms and conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter, whether of a contractual or non-contractual nature, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany (Bundesrepublik Deutschland).


1.7  The player must read these terms and conditions carefully before validating them. If the player does not agree with any provision of these terms and conditions the player must not use or continue to use the website.


1.8  Liinoo terms and conditions may be amended from time to time. The player will be notified about possible amendments. The player must re-confirm acceptance before amendments come into effect.  The version number and the date of the last update on top this page provides the player with information about when the last amendments have been made.


1.9  These terms and conditions are published in German and English languages for information purposes. It is only the English version that is the legal basis of the relationship between the player and Liinoo. In case of any discrepancy between a non-English version and the English version of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.

Liinoo reserves the right to add and remove games from the website at its own discretion.


1.11  Playing at Liinoo is for entertainment purpose only. No real money playing is required. The player may play without betting money if he/she wishes.  The player acknowledges that he/she does not find Liinoo to be unfair or indecent.


1.12  There is a risk of losing money when playing for money at Liinoo. Liinoo has no responsibility for such losses.


1.13  The player agrees to indemnify, hold harmless and defend Liinoo directors, partners, licensees, distributors, subsidiaries, employees, shareholders, agencies, against all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, expenses and costs, including legal fees and any other charges whatsoever, howsoever caused, that may arise as a result of:


  • The player’s breach of this agreement, in whole or in part;


  • Violation by the player of any law or any third party rights;


  • Use by the player of Liinoo or use by any other person accessing Liinoo using the player’s login credentials, whether or not with the players authorization.


1.14  Liinoo is not liable for indirect or direct consequential damages arising out of the use of Liinoo services. This applies also where Liinoo had prior knowledge of the possibility of such damages.


1.15  The division of these terms and conditions into sections and the insertion of headings are for convenience of reference only and shall not affect the interpretation of this agreement.


1.16  Liinoo casino software is provided by Oryx Gaming. The player hereby agrees not to circumvent in any way Intellectual property rights of Oryx Gaming.


1.17  If provisions in this agreement becomes or is illegal or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, it shall not affect the validity or enforceability in that jurisdiction of any other provision from this agreement.  Any provision of this agreement that is invalid, illegal or unenforceable in any jurisdiction will be ineffective in that particular jurisdiction. The validity, legality or enforceability of that provision in other jurisdictions will not be affected.


1.18  Liinoo customer support is operated 24 hours, every day via mail, chat and phone.


2. Bonus scheme conditions


2.1  The player acknowledges and understands that separate terms and conditions exist with respect to bonuses and other promotions. 3. Exceptional circumstances


3.1  Liinoo is not liable for any lag, downtime, server disruptions, or any technical or political disturbance to the game play. Refunds, under such circumstances, may be given solely at the discretion of the management. Management will always pursue what it deems to be the fairest solution in such cases. Management may, at its own discretion, consult the MGA to obtain a fair solution.


3.2  Liinoo is provided on an ‘as available’ basis. Liinoo gives the player no warranty or representation, relating to the satisfactory quality, completeness or accuracy of the service or the software.


3.3  If Liinoo is subjected to a system failure and the game will be corrupted because of this, the player will get his/her money back for the amount wagered when the failure took place.


3.4  Liinoo accepts no liability for any losses or damages which are deemed or alleged to have arisen out of or in connection with the Liinoo website or its content. This includes but isn’t limited to delays or interruptions in operation or transmission, loss or corruption of data, communication or lines failure, any person's misuse of the site or its content or any errors or omissions in content.


3.5  Liinoo will have the rights to change errors made in publication of information. Including but not limited to jackpots, odds and pay tables. No rights can be derived from wrong published information of any kind.


3.6  Liinoo will have the rights not to pay-out winnings based on wrong published information. Players that lost money as a result of such a case are entitled to a refund of the money they lost.


3.7  If Liinoo suspects fraudulent activity in any particular game, Liinoo will have the right to cancel the game. Suspicious players in respect of the fraudulent activity will have their account blocked until further investigations. Any players not so suspected will have their wagered amounts in respect of cancelled games returned to their account.


3.8  Liinoo will have the right to cancel a game immediately if something wrong is identified with the game settings, and refunds for purchased bets will be paid out.


3.9  If the player is found to have cheated or attempted to defraud the service of Liinoo in any way including but not limited to game manipulation, chip dumping, transfers or payment fraud, or if the player make untrue and/or malicious comments with regard to Liinoo's operation in any media or forum, Liinoo reserves the right to close the player’s account, and return all funds to the player.


3.10  In the event of a Liinoo system malfunction all wagers are void. In the eventuality of such a system malfunction, a system rollback will take place, reverting the players back to their state as at the restore point employed.


3.11  In the event a game is started but miscarries because of a failure of the system, Liinoo shall refund the amount wagered in the game to the player by crediting it to his/her member account or, if the account no longer exists, by paying it to the player in an approved manner.


3.12  Liinoo reserves the right to limit and refuse bets at its sole discretion


3.13  Liinoo will do its utmost to avoid viruses, Trojans or malware on its system but won’t be responsible for viruses, Trojans or malware of any kind. It’s the player’s responsibility to protect his/her systems.


3.14  The player can submit a complaint to Liinoo if he/she has any dispute with regard to the outcome of a game. The player has to submit his/her complaint to Liinoo by email: [email protected] within fourteen (14) days. The result showing on Liinoo gaming server shall be the official and governing result of play in case of discrepancy.


4. Player Registration & Deregistration


4.1  The results of all games on Liinoo are subject to audit and review, and may be declared void:


  • If player collusion between customers and/or staff is detected;


  • In the case of use of robots or other devices;


  • Or any other method, application or tool that distort normal game play.


Liinoo can take measures to any player involved events in that distort normal game play. Including but not limited to blocking accounts, closing accounts, charge incurred costs.


4.2  The player is not allowed to participate in a real-money game unless he/she is registered as a player and holds an Liinoo member account. Every player must submit an application for registration and provide Liinoo with the following mandatory information:

  • Address


  • Contact e-mail


  • Personal telephone number


All of which must be true and correct. It is the player’s sole responsibility to ensure that the information provided is true, complete and correct. The player hereby decorates and warrant to Liinoo that the information provided is true, complete and correct.


The player is hereby notified that Liinoo carries out verification procedures on players depositing money. The player may be requested to provide Liinoo with documents, such as but not limited to a copy of the passport.


Registering with disposable email address (short term email addresses) is not allowed. An account with untrue email address may be closed.


4.3  The player’s member account may be blocked or closed if he/she does not provide the requested information or documents or if he/she provides Liinoo with false or misleading documents. Liinoo will have the right to seize the balance of closed.


4.4  Member accounts created by the player, with incorrect or misleading information, are not entitled to jackpots or any other winnings. No winning will be paid out to non-existent persons or incorrect accounts or a non-existent person or account, as a result of incorrect or misleading information supplied by the Licensee.


4.5  Multiple accounts for the same player are not allowed. In case it is noted that the player holds more than one account, Liinoo will have the right to close or block the member accounts at it solely discretion. If the player notices that he/she has more than one member accounts, the player must notify Liinoo immediately. 


4.6  The player must register his member account personally. Registering an account for somebody else is prohibited. Liinoo will have the right to close or block the member’s account at it solely discretion.


4.7  Liinoo reserves the right to refuse member account registrations or to de-register and cancel the player’s account for any reason whatsoever at any time without prior notice in its sole discretion. The players account may be closed in the following circumstances, but not limited to:


  • If the player have charged back any of his/her purchases made with his/her credit card or other applicable deposit methods;


  • If the player was engaged in playing in a professional sense or in concert with other players;


4.8  Liinoo reserves the right to close member accounts at its sole discretion. Contractual obligations already being made will be honored.


4.9  For the purposes of adhering to all of its obligations towards the law and other directives of the relevant regulatory authorities from time to time, Liinoo will keep all necessary personal information to carry out such obligations as required. Where data is no longer required to be kept, this shall be destroyed.


4.10  Liinoo will carry out a Know Your Client (KYC) procedure when player's cumulative total withdrawal amount equals or exceeds €2,000,00. Liinoo may carry out the KYC procedure at any other stage and at its sole discretion. To verify player's identity, Liinoo may require a copy of a valid personal document (passport, driver's licence, ID card, residence permit). Additonaly, Liinoo can request a proof of address not older than 2 months (utility bill – not mobile phone, official government correspondence or bank statement), and any other documentation needed to verify player's identity.

Liinoo may also request any documentation previously provided which would have later on expired or would no longer be valid for any other reason or if the previous KYC procedure was carried out more than 12 months ago.

It is player responsibility to inform Liinoo and provide new copies of documentation in case the document has been replaced (lost/stolen/damaged).


4.11 Residents from the following countries are allowed to register at Liinoo:

  • Germany (except residents of Schleswig-Holstein)
  • Malta 


4.12  No officers or employees at whatever level, of Liinoo shall make real money wagers on any of the jackpot games. If any such player shall win a jackpot win, such win shall not be paid out to the winner.


5. Player responsibility


5.1  The player is solely responsible to determine whether the access and use of Liinoo is permitted under any applicable laws. The player should inform his/her self on local laws or regulations before opening an account at Liinoo. It is the player’s sole responsibility to keep updated with local laws or regulations each time he/she plays.


5.2  The player must maintain his account details up-to-date at all times.


5.3  The player is prohibited to sell, transfer or acquire Liinoo member accounts.


5.4  The player is fully responsible for all possible taxes, fees and other costs incidental to and arising from any winnings resulting from use of Liinoo.


5.5  The player’s login details are highly confidential. The player is obliged to keep his/her login details confidential. The player should at all times, use his best efforts to protect the confidentiality of his/her login details.


5.6  The player should never write-down, communicate or share passwords with any other person. It’s the player’s responsibility to keep her/his account information, user-name and password secret and confidential. Should a player give away, share, or lose his username and/or password, Liinoo will not be held responsible for any loss or damage as a result thereof. An Liinoo employee will never ask for a player’s password.


5.7  In case the player becomes aware of any known or suspected unauthorized use of the player’s account or breaches of security the player is required to immediately notify Liinoo by email: [email protected] hereof in order to suspend the player’s account. 


5.8  The player is responsible for any unauthorized use of his/her user-name or password. The player is responsible for all activity on his/her account until a notification of account abuse is made to Liinoo.


5.9  The player is prohibited to sell, transfer or acquire funds from Liinoo member accounts.


5.10  Liinoo uses advanced methods for the encryption of username and password information. The players will not break in, access or attempt to break in or access or otherwise by-pass Liinoo security. If Liinoo suspects that the player attempted to or may be attempting to break in, Liinoo reserves the right to inform the applicable authorities and block or close the player’s account.


5.11  Playing at Liinoo is restricted to individuals of legal age as determined in the jurisdiction in which the player resides. Under no circumstances may the player register or play if he/she is under 18 (eighteen) years of age. If any funds are deposited by an underage individual, the funds as well as any winnings will be forfeited to the MGA.


5.12  The player is fully aware of the fact that there is a risk of losing money through the use Liinoo services.


5.13  The player is fully aware of all terms and conditions and read them carefully before opening up a member account at Liinoo.


6. Deposits


6.1  The  minimum deposit amount is twenty euros (€20) . This amount may be higher for certain deposit methods as relatively higher costs may be involved for Liinoo with using such methods.


6.2  The player agrees that deposits will be handled by Liinoo directly or through a payment provider or any other third party.


6.3  Liinoo does not guarantee that there will not be any delay in the processing or receipt of or deposits.


6.4  Liinoo is entitled to determine minimum and maximum amounts to be deposited in the member’s account, in Liinoo sole discretion.


6.5  Liinoo offers the following deposit methods, listed with concerning transaction time, deposit limits and processing fees. Please note that some of the methods may not be available in some countries. Liinoo may add or remove payment methods without prior notice.

7. Withdrawals


7.1  Liinoo is not a financial institution and is therefore not insured, guaranteed, sponsored or otherwise protected by any deposit or banking insurance system. Any suspicious activity will be investigated.


7.2  The player agrees that the funds deposited in his/her member account will only be used for playing the games. If requesting withdrawal of funds not used for wagering, Liinoo reserves the right to decline the withdrawal request until funds have been wagered at least once (1x).


7.3  The player agrees that withdrawals will be handled by Liinoo directly or through a payment provider or any other third party.


7.4  The player agrees that Liinoo will have the rights to withhold withdrawals if Liinoo suspects that the player may be engaged in or have engaged in improper, fraudulent, and collusive activities.


7.5  Liinoo does not guarantee that there will not be any delay in the processing or receipt of or withdrawals.


7.6  In any twenty four hour period he/she may only withdraw the maximum amount of five thousand euros (€5000) unless a larger amount has been agreed on by prior arrangement.


7.7  The minimum amount of withdrawal the player can make is twenty euros (€20). This amount may be higher for certain withdrawal methods as relatively higher costs may be involved for Liinoo with using such methods.


7.8  Liinoo does not pay interest on deposits, winnings or pay-outs.


7.9  Liinoo offers several withdrawal methods. The withdrawal will be processed through the same payment method through which the player’s funding has been deposited. In terms of multiple different deposits, a proportional split of the withdrawn amount will be processed through the same payment method through which the player’s funding has been deposited. In case of non refundable payment method, the withdrawal will be processed to player's personal bank account. Please note that some of the methods may not be available in some countries. Liinoo may add or remove payment methods without prior notice.

7.10  Liinoo will carry out verification procedures on all cumulative withdrawals of two thousand euros (€2,000) or more.


7.11  Liinoo also reserves the right to carry out verification procedures in case of lower payouts.


7.12  Withdrawals by the player will be remitted only to the same account from where the funds paid into the player’s account originated.


7.13  The player agrees that he/she shall only use credit card and other financial instruments that are valid and lawfully belong to him/her.


8. Liinoo VIP Program


8.1  Liinoo reserves the right to change the terms and conditions and rules for the Liinoo VIP Program at any time. If Liinoo suspects that player is engaged in illegal or fraudulent activities when using the Liinoo Rewards and VIP Program or in breach with these T&C, Liinoo may freeze or terminate player member account and/or a related account (e.g. a referred friend) at Liinoo´s absolute discretion.


8.2  Players can become a member of the Liinoo VIP Program when they fulfil the requirements. The requirements are listed on the website at https://www.onlinecasino-eu.com/vip-casino-club


8.3  The VIP level is personal and cannot be transferred to someone else.


8.4 In any twenty four hour period a player may withdraw the maximum amount of ten thousand euros (€10 000) unless a larger amount has been agreed on by prior arrangement.


9. Inactive, dormant and closed accounts


9.1  An inactive member account is an account that has not been accessed for 12 months, that has a real money balance. Liinoo will contact the player should his/her account become inactive. If, after 12 months since last login, Liinoo is unable to contact the player, Liinoo will charge a five euros (€5) per month administrative fee on the player’s member account and shall use reasonable efforts to contact the player.


9.2  If the player starts playing again on his account before the account becomes dormant and after Liinoo has begun charging the player’s member account with the administrative fee, Liinoo will refund the player’s member account with the administrative fees charged.


9.3  A dormant account is an account with a real money balance that has not been accessed for thirty (30) months. Once the player’s account becomes dormant and if Liinoo has been unable to contact the player, Liinoo, in accordance with the applicable law, close his/her account and transfer his/her remaining account balance to the MGA.


9.4  The player’s member account may be excluded/closed if he/she’s in breach with Liinoo terms and conditions. In such case, Liinoo will return any funds from the player’s member account, back to the player.


9.5  The player may close his/her member account at any time. All funds from the player’s member account will be returned to the player.


9.6  The player can close his/her member account by contacting contact customer support by email: [email protected]


10. Responsible gaming


10.1  Liinoo offers self-exclusion facilities for those customers who wish to restrict their gambling behavior with Liinoo. The following self-protection mechanisms are available and can be entered under responsible gaming in the footer of the website:


  • Self-exclusion (24 hours, 1 month, indefinitely)

10.2  By entering into a self-exclusion agreement with Liinoo, the player will be prevented from using his/her account for a definite or indefinite period. During this period of self-exclusion Liinoo will not distribute any promotions.


10.3  The player may also choose to impose a ceiling on the maximum wagers and losses he/she may take. The limit will block deposits if the net deposit limit (deposits-withdrawals) has been exceeded for the selected time period. The system will also not accept a wager from  a player contrary to the limits or exclusions set by this player.


10.4  Any decrease in self-imposed limitations shall take effect instantly. Any increase in existing self-imposed limitations can only be executed after a 7-day cool-down period.


11. Privacy policy


11.1  Liinoo respects the privacy of the player. Liinoo safeguards the player’s privacy through Liinoo privacy policy.


11.2  Liinoo processes personal data from the player for the purposes of allowing him/her access, use the services and in order to allow them to participate in games and provide them with ancillary services.

11.10  The player’s personal data will only be disclosed to third parties  in the following cases:

  • When Liinoo feels that disclosure is necessary to protect Liinoo, the player’s safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;


  • If Liinoo is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, the player will be notified via email and/or a prominent notice on www.onlinecasino-eu.com.


  • To any other third party with the player’s prior consent to do so.


12. Anti-money laundering


12.1  Liinoo will have the right to block the player’s member account when fraudulent activity is suspected. The account will remain locked until such time that Liinoo completes an audit of the player’s member account.


12.2  All money that the player deposits into his/her member account are not tainted with any illegality and, in particular, do not originate from any illegal activity or source.


12.3  Liinoo shall report any suspicious transaction to the relevant authorities.


12.4  Liinoo will check all transactions to prevent money laundering.


12.5  Liinoo may request the player to provide identification documents. Failure to do so may result in the player’s member account being blocked until adequate documentation is provided.


12.6  If Liinoo cannot ascertain the integrity of the funds deposited by the player, Liinoo will consult with the Financial Intelligence Analysis Unit (FIAU).


12.7  Player's personal information on the casino account and payment method account must correspond. If personal information does not match, winnings arriving from those deposits will be voided and funds will be returned.

14. Chat rooms


14.1  Some games of Liinoo support chat function. The chat function can be used as a tool to communicate with other players and live dealers.


14.2  Liinoo cannot accept any liability or responsibility for the behavior of other players using the chat function.


14.3  Liinoo reserves the right to remove the chat functions from its website, in the case of abuse.

15.3  All content including but not limited to text, technology, graphics, code, music, audio, animations, files, links and structure of www.onlinecasino-eu.com and related URLs is copyrighted and property of Liinoo, its affiliates and licensors. All rights reserved.
